What is the difference between the Standard and Reinforced versions?
The Reinforced version has steel that is 1 mm thicker and supports 25 kg more: 225 kg compared to 200 kg for the Standard version.
What is the maximum weight it supports?
200 kg for the Standard version and 225 kg for the Reinforced version.
What type of wall can it be installed on?
It mounts on wooden beams or masonry. Always install it on a solid wall and avoid hollow walls.
How long does it take to assemble?
The estimated installation time is between 20 and 27 minutes. It includes an illustrated guide with drilling marks.
What does the order include?
The UpFitt station, 4 industrial-grade wall anchors, reinforced bolts, a neoprene pad, and the installation kit with an illustrated guide.
Do I need to buy anything else to install it?
The anchors and hardware are included. You will need a drill to make the holes in the wall.
How much space does it take up?
Approximately 1 m² of wall space. Its dimensions are 95 cm wide x 77 cm high.
How long does it take for my order to arrive?
We prepare the shipment within 1 to 10 days, and you will receive your order within 1 to 40 days.
What does the warranty cover?
The lifetime warranty covers steel or weld failures caused by a manufacturing defect, under normal use. If you install the station correctly and the structure fails, we will replace it. It does not cover damage due to negligence or falls caused by incorrect installation, for example on hollow walls. This warranty does not affect your legal rights as a consumer.
