What does the warranty cover?
The lifetime warranty covers failures of the steel or welds caused by a manufacturing defect under normal use. If you install the station correctly and the frame fails, we replace it. It doesn't cover damage from negligence or falls caused by improper installation, for example on hollow walls. This warranty does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
